PASSION FOR PAELLA
Paella has transcended Spanish borders and earned international fame primarily as an extravagant, saffron-scented rice and seafood dish cooked in a wide, flat pan. But in its native home of Valencia, paella comes in many forms, from rustic versions based on products from the land to showy variations using the bounty of the sea.

At The Table we bring to you the healthy, delicious taste of traditional Spanish Paella that will enrich any size of event, festival or celebration. We always cook the entire Paella from scratch and, like the Spanish, we regard the Paella as an event, not just a meal, so you can be sure that the visual impact of the cooking process and the aroma will add great sophistication and fun to any event we attend.

Sliced beef tomato salad with roasted spring onions vintage balsamic and cold pressed olive oil

Grilled radicchio and endive with a sweet honey dressing
